Born in the 1970s as a plastic toy manufacturer and OEM partner, the company evolved its own beloved brand and launched the Bear Lala Friends Club series. In 2022 it began a bold transformation into character licensing and retail, expanding into cookies, T-shirts, casual shoes, coffee and more.
